deep poem from inside
at the core of this
as I meditate here
sitting, sitting still
breathing slowly steady
old emotions stirring
rising, releasing
whimper, deep breath
moan, groan, breathe
clearing gravity out
allowing spirit in
deep within lighter
being, being, being
