I suppose I can laugh now, and yet I wrote this poem in the early 80's at at time when I wanted to "tear my head off" for how I could not stop thinking about a relationship I had botched up. I was nothing short of tormented. Still, even then I was able to see the problem.
the moment was enough until beauty walked by surrounded by truth being itself without question the moment confused by the sheer magnetics of it all polarities reversing that source and center may be discovered again and again to transform complacency
to you, my love, my dearest good morning, good morning siting here thinking of you how precious all of life is how quickly it changes how sacred it all is how sweet the moments how important that we recognize them as such experience them deeply good morning, my sweet
(Thanksgiving Day Poem) the air here in Colorado is crisp, bright and clean the glow of the sun is matched by a sense of gatherings of loved ones, family, friends the heart is being held dear and thanks is being given in the gestures of the day in anticipation of feasts and gratefulness for all
This poem really made me laugh! it reminded me why I don't watch the nightly news anymore!
