He's trying to Get My Goat

I try to explain to him
that I don't have one
that if I did he was welcome to it
because I have use for one

I even tell him that if
I did have one
and it was fenced in back at the ranch
(that I don't have)
I'd give him the keys
(that I don't have)
to the car
(that I don't have)
to go and get it

so what the flock does he want?
